All Sales Final – No Refunds or Exchanges

All purchases made at Urban Chargers and Batteries are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at roccomalanga71@gmail.com with your order number and photo evidence of the damage. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement or store credit will be issued. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Lost or Stolen Packages Urban Chargers and Batteries is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for filing claims directly with the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled or modified after they have been placed.

Chargebacks Any fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.
